Forever Fit

Forever fit is an engaging and challenging workout that can be done from home with minimal equipment. This has been Peak Wellness' most popular class since it started as an in-person offering in 2014. As the pandemic shifted the way we gathered, this class adapted a virtual format that now allows members to continue exercising "together" but from the convenience of their own homes. All the workouts are designed to be completed using common household items (like chairs, countertops, carpeted floor, etc) and dumbbells. 

All our classes include: 

  • A warm-up routine designed to build a little heat, free up some mobility, and wake up a the balance 

    • This initial part of the workout is the same for every session helping participants hit the ground running with familiar movements

  • A main workout for the whole body

    • This main part of the workout changes frequently, (though we do repeat some favorites). We frequently use weights for exercises to work the whole body; and include agility and cardio exercises to keep the heart rate up. 

    • You can really personalize this main part of the workout as Laura describes a number of variations for most exercises so participants at all levels of fitness ability can do what is right for them. You choose which version of the exercise you perform depending on your workout goals and how you're feeling that day.

  • A cool down to help slow the heart rate and reinforce balance and mobility

    • This portion of the workout also stays the same each class creating a comfortable way for your brain and your body to conclude the session


The cost of Forever Fit is $50/month and includes:

  • Live classes each week

    • You choose whether to attend live or workout on your own time using the recordings of live classes

  • Access to a growing library of workouts available on-demand anytime you're ready to move

    • Workouts are categorized for you so you can quickly find one that's right for you that day

  • Personalized feedback from Laura about workouts, technique, or other challenges you may be having so you can be confident about what you're doing in class

  • Accountability through monthly calendar, personalized check-ins, and options for individualized goal setting

Live workout calendar

For the rest of 2023, 45 minute workouts will be taught live on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:30am Eastern Time.

*Remember: if you can't join live, you'll have access to recordings of every workout, so you can complete them when it's convenient for you

NEW CLASSES STARTING JANAURY 2024

  • 45 minute class: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:30 am Eastern Time

  • 20 minute quick workout: Wednesdays at 6:15 am Eastern Time

  • 35 minute Beginners class: Tuesdays and Fridays at 11:00 am Eastern Time

(The Beginners class will run for 4 weeks (8 workouts) and is designed at a slower pace with extra explanations of exercise technique so you can get in the groove of a new routine with confidence)

Nervous about getting started?

Trying something new is intimidating. Whether you've not exercised in a long time or just aren't sure this virtual workout style is for you, why not try us out for FREE? Laura created this STARTUP workout that walks you through the warmup, a basic workout, and the cooldown. This workout moves at a much slower pace because she takes extra time to talk you through key elements of each movement.

We want you to feel good when you move, and this starts with learning how to do each exercise. This STARTUP workout will include exercises like squats, arm raises, planks, and pushups (all with modifications to make them easier) because these are key movements for the body. We want you to learn how to correctly perform these exercises to minimize your risk of injury.

We get it. Committing to something new is intimidating. Here are some really common questions we get asked. Maybe they'll help you make your decision.

What ages do you accept in Forever Fit?

That's the beauty of being "Forever" fit...we accept anyone 18 and over. Workouts are specifically designed to accommodate a wide range of fitness backgrounds from the new exercisers to seasoned veterans. Each workout can be modified for higher or lower intensity. Laura will cue various versions of exercises that can be chosen and exercisers choose their own weight and own pace based on their needs.

If you have concerns about your health or safety with exercise, please have a medical examination with your doctor first and discuss your plans to start this new fitness program.

If I have questions or want to communicate with my coach, how can I do that?

When you sign up for Forever Fit, you'll receive access to 2 members only pages. The first is the library of exercises that you can start using right away. The second is the Forever Fit Community page. The community is where you'll find the link to the live zoom class and the recordings from the live zoom classes.

In the community you can post questions or comments to the group or specifically direct a question to your coach. You will typically receive a response within 24 hours or less but are guaranteed a response within 48 hours.

You are encouraged to interact with the community, engage in conversation with other Forever Fit members, and leave comments on classes the help shape further classes.

Do I have to sign up for a whole month?

Yes, we ask anyone who's interested in becoming Forever Fit to give it a try for at least a whole month. Changes don't happen overnight and that first month can often be the hardest time to commit. 

We hope you'll feel so good after your first class, that you'll be hooked and ready for more. But for some committing the time and energy to a new program can be tough. Your muscles may get a bit sore when you've worked them harder than they've been used to working in a while. 

Once you get through those initial hurdles of creating a new exercise habit, showing up for class will start to feel easier. That's where the real magic happens! Showing up consistently for yourself in order to make real, lasting changes! 

So, go ahead. You can commit to one month! Just see how good you feel after you've done it!

What happens if I decide to cancel my monthly subsription?

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access to the live classes, recordings, and library of workouts until the end of the month for which you've already paid. Once your month is completed, you'll lose access to all of these workout options.
