Mom life is busy enough without being slowed down by fears (or realities) of peeing on yourself. Every mom deserves the confidence of knowing her body is strong enough to meet the demands of her day without leaks.
Unfortunately, the postpartum phase of life is too often hindered by fear of leaking, wondering where the next bathroom is, carrying protective garments, limiting physical activity, or wearing dark colored clothes to hide potential accidents. Worse yet? Many women are left with no clear direction about how to improve.
That’s exactly what this Workshop is about- teaching you that you can take control and make improvements. Peeing on yourself doesn’t have to be your “new normal,” and through a strategic process of strengthening and balancing your core, you can not only improve your bladder control, but also feel stronger and more confident in your day!
